Back in July, Blossom was found as a stray puppy in Athens, Greece. She was very sick and sad, almost lifeless. Rescuers found her covered in hundreds of ticks, extremely malnourished and needed immediate medical attention. Her tail needed amputation because someone had inhumanly tried cutting it by tying a wire to it and cutting all blood circulation. As soon as she was spotted, rescuers rushed her to a vet clinic and started treatment. Medicated baths helped free her of all ticks, a blood transfusion and balanced meals helped her get healthy once again, and surgery fixed her tail. Today, Blossom is once again happy and is looking for a forever home.
