My floppy eared dog gets ear infections all the time and rolls in the snow all the time on the bad ear. I wonder if the cold helps them. Anyone know?

Not funny. If those ear drops have alcohol in them it is painful. Read the label and buy a different brand. And yes, rub his ears.
