A couple in Arizona was 4-wheeling on New Year’s Day when they spotted a lost dog. They checked with the closest home, but the dog didn’t belong to that home. So the couple used the dog’s rabies tag to track down the dog’s veterinarian.
Once they talked to the veterinarian they discovered the dog belonged to an 86-year-old farmer in Junction, Texas. No one knows how the dog ended up 800 miles away in about 24 hours, but the farmer’s son will be making the trip from Texas to bring her back home.
