Students and dogs benefit by learning a variety of skills through Project Humane, a new program by the Louisiana SPCA that teaches basic dog training.
The program,which was tested out last year, brings four students who are selected by their school, to the LA/SPCA in Algiers twice a week for three weeks to learn basic dog training skills and to build confidence in both themselves and the dogs.
