Another of Trio Animal Rescue’s wonderful happily ever afters:
On October 7th, a little three-pound senior named McMurtrie was found as a stray on the south side of Chicago. Scared and alone at an open access shelter, TAF took him into our care.
As far as the most prominent medical issue, McMurtrie’s dental disease was quite advanced and he needed to undergo immediate surgery and have 14 of his teeth removed. With only a few teeth left, McMurtrie was finally feeling better and on his road to recovery.
Now for the happy ending… we are so happy to announce that McMurtrie has found his forever home!
When McMurtrie’s family came to meet him they couldn’t believe how little and chilled out he was! He hit it off with their Min Pin Ralphie, but he was especially in love with his new dad… McMurtrie couldn’t stop gazing up at him and was so comfortable when his dad was holding him. It was the perfect match for our Mclittle.
