Caitlyn became an ambassador for animal abuse when horrendous photos of her taped muzzle went viral in 2015. Her life today is filled with love and kindness.
Because of the widespread media attention, over $150,000 was donated for her care. Far more than needed, the excess has been used to help other abused animals.
Despite her horrific abuse, Caitlyn thrived. Today, she’s an ambassador for abuse victims everywhere, and was recently given a “bone” to North Charleston by the mayor.
The Charleston Animal Society along with some heroic (and good looking) first responders will have Caitlyn with them in the photos for their yearly calendar.
The reality star took to social media to bid farewell to 14-year-old Gabbana, a black Lab she took custody of after her mom and stepdad divorced.
“He was heartbroken,” Rob explained. “He said, ‘My health is not where I want it to be. We can’t take care of Kimber. I don’t want her going anywhere else.’”
It’s time for a new calendar. So why not check out some of the interesting ones helping support rescues? Lots of good eye candy…and some handsome men, too.
“I don’t think $50,000 really matched the pain and suffering Caitlyn has had to go through. She is healing, but the damage has been done.”
They knew they would do whatever it took to find him, which for Caitlyn, meant driving over an hour each way every day to Larksville from her home in New Jersey.
